Professional Sports Massage Services Delivered to Your Door

Finding it difficult to get to the clinic because you're stiff, uncomfortable or struggling to move?

No problem, I'll bring the clinic to you.

Whether you're recovering from training, struggling with pain, or simply have a busy schedule, I can bring professional sports massage treatment directly to your home or place of work.

My mobile sports massage service provides the same high standard of treatment you would receive in my studio, with the added convenience of being treated in the comfort of your own home.

Who is mobile sports massage suitable for?

• Anyone experiencing muscle tension, stiffness or restricted movement.

• Those working from home.

• Busy professionals who find it difficult to travel and fit appointments into their day.

• Those who are uncomfortable driving because of pain or reduced mobility.

• Runners, cyclists and gym-goers looking to aid recovery or prepare for an event.

What to expect

Every appointment begins with a discussion about your symptoms, medical history and treatment goals. If it is your first appointment, a medical questionnaire and informed consent form will have to be completed.

Your treatment will then be tailored specifically to your needs and may include a combination of sports massage techniques, soft tissue release, trigger point therapy and other manual therapy techniques where appropriate.

The aim is not just to help you feel better on the day, but to improve movement, reduce pain and support your long-term recovery going forward.

What you'll need

You dont need to provide anything.

All I ask is that you have enough space for a treatment couch, approximately the size of a single bed with room for me to move comfortably around it.

I bring everything else required for your treatment, including the treatment couch, towels and equipment.

Areas covered

Mobile appointments are available throughout the local area, with travel included within the specified distance. If you're unsure whether I cover your location, please get in touch and I'll be happy to advise.

No travelling to the clinic. No finding somewhere to park. No getting back in the car afterwards and driving home. I bring everything you need to you.

Why choose me?

With my experience of treating active individuals and those with everyday aches and pains, my focus is on identifying the underlying cause of your symptoms, not simply treating where it hurts. Every treatment is tailored to you, with the goal of helping you move better, recover faster and get back to doing the things you enjoy.

Whether you're preparing for an event, recovering from training or simply looking to relieve persistent muscle tension, professional sports massage is now available at your doorstep.
